Researcher and lecturer at the University of Barcelona. Historian and art critic, she specialises in the relationship between art, utopia and social change. She is the author of the books 15M. El tiempo de las plazas (Madrid, Alianza, 2021) and Artistic Utopias of Revolt: Claremont Road, Reclaim the Streets, the City of Sol (New York and London, Palgrave, 2018). She has edited the book Pequeño bestiario de monstruos políticos (CENDEAC, 2020), as well as a monographic issue of REGAC Journal dedicated to non-textual utopias (2018), with texts by TJ Demos, Rachel Weiss, Timothy Miller and Oliver Ressler. In France, she co-curated the exhibition "Grande Révolution Domestique" on feminist utopias at the Familistère de Guise. She collaborates regularly with the Museum of Contemporary Art MACBA, where she has directed the course "Utopian Nineties", as well as in a research group on the collection (2017-2020). She has held a fellowship at the Royal Academy in Rome. She has lectured at institutions such as Princeton University, Columbia University, the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Reina Sofía, the Museo del Prado, the Museo de Arte de São Paulo (MASP) and the Warburg Haus. He is a member of the Committee of the Society for Utopian Studies, an international interdisciplinary network dedicated to the study of utopia in its multiple forms.
