In her thesis, “The industrial organisation of the Spanish cement sector (1942-1996)”, Ana Isabel Rosado Cubero explains the industrial organisation of the Spanish cement sector over fifty years. To do so, she analyses the form of production, the legislation affecting the sector and the chronology of the changes in the industrial structure of the cement sector. The analysis of the supply of cement in Spain is carried out through the prism of industrial economics, and questions of state regulation and oligopoly are addressed.
